- All prices are based on the assumption of a well-groomed and healthy coat on a regular grooming schedule.

- Additional charges may apply for extra brushing to matting, extra de-shedding, or special needs at the groomer's discretion

​​- We kindly inform you that a fee of $50 per pet will be applied for any cancellations or rescheduling made without a 48-hour notice. Thank for your cooperation and understanding.

- In the event that the groomer is unable to commence the service due to the absence of the pet or the inability to retrieve it, the client shall be held responsible for the full cost of the grooming service. This policy is in place to ensure that our groomers are compensated for their time and expertise. Thank you for your understanding.​
